By Signing up for a veg box from The Natural Veg Men Limited you are committing to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration
1.1 To order from the Natural Veg Men you must register with us. This is referred to as ‘signing up’ and you must complete your order of a fruit or veg box through our ordering platform Bucky Box.
1.2 To register with The Natural Veg Men you must be eighteen years of age or if you are a business you must be operated by a person over eighteen years of age
1.3 You must inform us promptly of any changes to the information provided when signing up by either updating your profile in Bucky Box or emailing us the relevant detail changes, within the order deadlines specified our Terms and Conditions - See section 7
1.4 Following your sign up, you will receive email confirmation of your order and the details of how to log in to your Bucky Box account. You will also receive a welcome email that includes how to pay for your veg box. See section 3 for further information on this.

2. Password & security
2.1 When you sign up you will receive an email that provides you with a password to access our online ordering platform. You can change this at anytime by logging on and updating your password by clicking the ‘change my password’ link on the left hand side of the page. You can request your password details to be resent to you by email us at hello@vegmen.co.uk.
3. Payment & Payment protections
3.1 Payment for all products will be collected via Direct Debit using the secure online GoCardless Service.
3.2 Payment can only be made through this system and we are unable to process payments of any other kind.
3.3 All payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee (https://gocardless.com/direct-debit/guarantee/)
3.4 We do not ask for or hold information about your bank details. All information regarding your direct debit are held by GoCardless on there dedicated secure website.
4. Privacy
The use of any personal information given via electronic communication or entered through our ordering platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Communications.
5.1 By signing up for a single or recurring order you agree to receive a weekly email that is sent out at 9am every Friday that informs you of the veg boxes being delivered the following week.
5.2 You can unsubscribe from this email at anytime by clicking unsubscribe in the email or email us at hello@vegmen.co.uk
5.3 We will also communicate via email and phone to ensure delivery of goods and services can be made and to resolve any issue that may arise.

6. Delivery of products
6.1 We will make delivery to the address or collection point as stated during your sign up process (this is currently on a Tuesday)
6.2 We endeavour to keep your delivery day to the same day, but reserve the right to change it temporarily or permanently and will tell you if we do so.
6.3 Any changes in delivery service will be communicated via email.
6.4 If we are unable to deliver to you or have to deliver late for reasons beyond our control , e.g. severe weather conditions, strike action, vehicle breakdown, supply failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes. We will not charge for products unless we deliver them to you. Any major delays or issues with delivery will be communicated to you via phone or email.
6.4 We reserve the right to change the advertised contents of our veg boxes due to lack of availability or low quality of advertised products.
6.5 You must inspect the products soon after delivery an notify us by telephone or email if you find any defects within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace any defective items by adding an additional item to your next veg box order.
6.6 You understand that you need to thoroughly wash all fruit and veg with water before eating.
7. Cancellation rights
7.1 To cancel, change or pause your order with us you must email us or change your information by logging on to your account on our online ordering platform (Bucky Box). Any cancellation, changes or pausing of an order must take place before midnight on the Saturday prior to your upcoming Tuesday delivery.
8. Your statutory rights
8.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statuary rights.
9. Amendments
9.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our Website in place of these. We will notify you of changes to these via email. Your continued use of the services offered by The Natural Veg Men will indicated your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.
